PM/MIM is a important technics in the basic industry. Many small and heteromorphism part need to be produced by PM and MIM product. To get a good part, three factors are critical. one is the sinter atmosphere, refer to the purity of gas, the H2O content (dew point) etc.
The second factor is the furnace performance, refer to the leakproofness, and the top sinter temperature. The third reason is the powder materials, the particle shape, oxygen content, impurity etc.
